Last night I enjoyed stitching along with lots of other quilters in our monthly FNWF get together hosted by Cheryll over here. I am doing Gossip in the Garden with my group The Sunday Stitchers and as I am already behind due to a very busy March, I decided to work on the first two blocks. Unfortunately when I pulled out the fabrics I was going to use, I didn't like them so spent a bit of time picking through my stash to find something else. Now I need to get some background fabrics to go with these so nothing done on that except some tracing on viseoflex.
I then thought as it was already late I would be best to start to stitch one of the two Christmas designs I had traced out last week (an early start on my 1 Xmas Item for April). So here is my achievement for the night.
Thank you Cheryll for again hosting.
Also this week this little parcel has been sent off to my partner in The Mini Quilt Swap. I hope she likes it.
Today has been a very frustrating day. I have a very old computer which had Windows XP on it and of course that is being fazed out on the 8th April. We bought a new computer last week and so today was the day to switch over all my files, pictures etc to the new one. Had all my photos saved to an external hard drive but unfortunately the photo shop I was using was very out of date and not all the photos have transferred as I had them grouped. Luckily I bought tech support and they were very patient and managed to save a lot but until I go through the photos won't know for sure they are all there. A lesson well learned..............
Well must go I have had enough of computers today. Think I need to go and do a Windows 8 course, it is so different.
Happy Stitching till next time...................
Lovely stitchery. We got new computers at work so totally understand how you are feeling. Hope all your photos are there.

Love those RQ stichery hearts. Oh dear. Computers can be rather tiresome sometimes even though we love them for blogging lol. We havewindows 8 on our laptop and it is such a pain. I am not looking forward to having to use it on our main computer. Good luck. When stressed, keep stitching.
